how theme works
theme turns a market thesis into a weighted basket of stocks and crypto. create one, track it publicly, and where execution is available, trade the underlying assets directly from your wallet.
create a theme
- go to create and set a name and thesis for your strategy.
- add 2–10 assets with positive weights totaling exactly 100%.
- theme locks the starting prices and weights. publishing creates an immutable, shareable public URL. it does not buy assets or open a wallet position.
wallet and authorship
a wallet is optional for publishing. connecting a compatible EVM wallet—such as MetaMask, Rabby, or Coinbase Wallet—only asks you to sign a SIWE message to verify authorship. it is not a transaction: theme never receives your seed phrase, private key, or custody of funds.

theme will add or switch to Robinhood Chain, chainId 4663. ETH is required for each eligible asset purchase and its gas.
02 · quote
get an execution price
your amount is split by theme weights. Robinhood supplies reference market data; Uniswap provides a separate executable quote with current gas and expected output.
03 · sign
sign in your wallet
only after you select review & sign does your wallet show the first transaction. every asset is a separate leg that you independently approve or reject.
purchases are not available for every asset or wallet. a token must be active in the Robinhood registry, not halted, and have a route. location and eligibility restrictions, liquidity, slippage, and execution price are determined by a fresh quote. nothing on theme is investment advice. theme is an independent interface and is not affiliated with Robinhood or Uniswap.

$theme aligns the people using theme with the network they create. it is separate from Robinhood Stock Tokens and is not required to trade the underlying assets.
